Got home 6pm, no power to the house called JJC Electrical Services. James was there in 20 minutes. Worked out the problem and organised SA Power to fix the problem. Power was back on by 10pm. Will be recommending them to everyone. Thanks James for the great service.

Having the need to call an electrician at 4.40 in the afternoon i called 2 of the 24/7 coys who both said call back in the morning. I then called JJC Electrical and spoke to james who was obviously driving home on the busy Port Wakefield Road. No problem he said, see you in 15 mins. Which he did. Showed him the problem which was fixed very promptly and advice given if it happened again. So if you need an electrician JJC Electrical is the one. Thankyou again James.

I called James late one afternoon about two exhaust fans that weren’t working. He was very friendly and helpful and said he would have someone out the next day to come and have a look at them. Jaii replaced the exhaust fans and got rid of the old ones, he was lovely to deal with and very efficient. Very thankful to James and Jaii and how quick they were able to fix what was a very stressful problem for me!

I blew a very old fuse at 6:30pm, unfortunately it was a very old fuse that I was unable to remove from the board, whilst it didn't take out the whole house, it did take out a lot of the house. Called JJC, they arrive about an hour later, they managed to get the fuse removed but it was a type of fuse no longer used. They jerry rigged by wrapping the old fuse with some fuse wire to get me back up and working. A little expensive, but considering the time of day, and how important it was to get that power back, well worth it.

I give 5 stars for punctuality, professional, easy to communicate with, quality of product and service in response to my emergency. I'm very happy with pricing. Would recommend and will use again for my electrical needs.

Tom and Charlie came to do work at our house today. They arrived on time and did an amazing job putting in ceiling fans, outdoor power points and a security light. I'm getting them back to do some more work as soon as possible because I was so impressed with everything they did!! Can highly recommend them.

I recently had J.C.C Electrical wire up my new double garage. They installed two sets of LED Strip lights with two "two way" switches, three double power points as well as a double, motion activated spot lot on the exterior of my garage. The team who carried out the installation did so in a very professional and timely cost effective manner. James, Logan and Tom came out to install a 3 phase power outlet and did a good job. Made some minor on the fly changes and they were happy and able to do it without fuss. They also found a faulty isolator and oven CB and had it replaced whilst they had the switchboard open. JJC electrical were great, professional, up front with costs and communicated everything clearly. Definitely give James a call to get a quote.

We had four electrical jobs to be done - you know the sort - they mount up until finally you do something. We found a recommendation on a neighbourhood FB page. Logan was fantastic - incredibly polite, communicative and gave us 100% confidence he was going to do a great job. And he did! Excellent communication from James too - quoting process was fast and clear. Better still, no nasty surprises on the day. I’m not sure if these guys are cheap but I’m not an electrician and I’m happy to pay for someone who provides a great experience and does the job they promise.

Sunday morning, water leaking through the roof and into the electrical wiring. He managed to isolate and temporarily remove the affected light socket. We were able to keep power on for the rest of the house while waiting for the roof to be fixed

James attended my home to check my faulty smoke detectors. Support provided was very helpful and stress free. I was able to get both smokers detector units replaced without any hassle. He worked efficiently, ensuring everything was working and showed me how to change the unit when needed before leaving. Really happy with these guys. They came out at a time that suited me (with arrival tracking), told me the options, and provided a quote on the spot. Installation team kept me up to date on their expected arrival on the day, and did a very tidy install with minimal cleanup for them to take care of after.
